Apricot Fruit Benefits



Apricot has a Latin name Prunus Armenaica, fruit originated in China and arrived in Europe through
Armenia. The fruit is preferred in the form of fresh or dried to make a cake or processed into jam. Its fruits are also distilled into liquor Brandy or Liqueur. Turkish, Russian, Spanish, Greek, U.S. and France are the main producers.

Orange-colored fruit is pretty rich in beta-carotene, fiber, and Vitamin C. Not too watery, but soft flesh in Apricot manis.Nutrisi can help protect the heart and eyes. High beta-carotene and lycopene in it is very important to protect in order not to oxidized LDL. Vitamin A was useful for maintaining healthy eyesight.
